WHAT IS RATE MONITOR ?

Rate Monitor allows you to specify the rate and points you want. I will monitor lender rates daily until I find the program, rate, and points you want. I will then notify you by email or a phone call that your target rate has been reached.  We can then proceed with your transaction.  Please call or email me to get our my rate monitor list.  Thank you.
