A Mortgage is usually the largest financial obligation our clients have, so therefore it has to be done the right way. It’s not just about rates. Rates are important, but it's also about how to save real money in choosing the right program; when it makes sense to get around PMI; when to go an Adjustable Rate Mortgage versus a Fixed; whether to go on an interest only loan versus the traditional principal and interest. The first thing you
must do is get Pre-Qualified and Pre-Approved. This can be done by either completing the on line application, by clicking on the button that says Pre-Approval, or
by simply giving me a call. You can reach me at any of the numbers to the right.
Once this is done I will fax or e-mail you your Pre-Approval Letter along with a Pre-Approval package.
I will also forward a hard copy in the email this will help guide you through the rest of the process of obtaining a mortgage.
